ODAIA is a remote-first organization that works with pharma commercial teams to grow their brands and engage with healthcare professionals. We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the future of our pharma sales call planning experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in SaaS, preferably within B2B, Marketing, or data-heavy products
- Deep understanding of human-centered AI design principles, including trust and explainability
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.), interaction prototyping tools (e.g. InVision), collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Lucidchart, etc..) to generate and iterate prototypes, user-flow, and user journeys
