Job Description
Performs phlebotomy duties competently and expediently, assists technical staff, and maintains clean benches and work areas. Leads and directs the work of other phlebotomy staff, trains new hires, and retrains staff on work improvement.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy certification is required.
- 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting or in a related area.
- Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
