Job Description
Delivers both direct and indirect patient care within the medical-surgical unit, evaluates assigned patients, plans, implements and documents nursing care, and promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
