The Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking an F&B Operations Intern to support the head office and hotel departments with administrative tasks, data analysis, and report preparation. The intern will also provide financial support and collaborate with various departments to achieve key organizational goals.

Requirements

• Administrative assistance to head office and hotel departments
• Data analysis and report preparation
• Handling correspondence and document management
• Assisting with special projects, including hotel openings and renovations
• Financial support: invoice processing, budgeting, and reporting
• Coordinating meetings and preparing related materials
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with audits
