Job Description
At Odyssey Hotel Group, we're looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to help us build, support, and develop our teams. You'll work closely with the Area HR Manager, business leaders, and the wider HR & Talent team to align our people strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Be a mentor and support junior HR team members
- Lead employee engagement efforts to keep our teams motivated and happy
- Help managers develop their teams and ensure employees have the tools to thrive
- Oversee legal compliance in HR processes and policies
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, using our HiBob system
- Manage HR admin and system compliance tasks
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Provide support on absenteeism, sick leave, and employee well-being
- Act as a trusted advisor, responding to internal and external HR inquiries
