HR Intern

Join the Odyssey Hotel Group Headquarters in Utrecht as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in HR while supporting the team in driving people excellence across Europe. As an HR Intern, you will play an active role in recruitment, administration, onboarding, and HR projects, contributing directly to a positive employee experience and a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a HBO(+) / BSc / BA degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management or a related field
• Curious about the HR profession and eager to learn
• Service-oriented, proactive and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
