As Restaurant Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations, ensure top service, and create seamless service with the kitchen and bar. Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in restaurant management (or assistant management) in high-energy, quality-oriented dining.
- Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and maintain high morale in the team.
- Excellent guest-oriented approach; passion for delivering unique, memorable dining moments.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, costs, service metrics.
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends) and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch fluency is a plus.
