Job Description
As a Production Manager at ofi, you will oversee all aspects of Production Operation to ensure timely delivery, compliance with food safety standards, and continuous improvement in processes. The role involves leading a team to achieve operational excellence while meeting quality, cost, and safety objectives in alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Mechanical/Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office and production planning tools
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare reports for business reviews and audits
