SAP - FICO Lead

SAP - FICO Lead is seeking a leader to support the Finance and Controller functions within the organization. This role involves leading the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP FICO processes and systems, ensuring efficient business process management. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge in Accounting and Costing and is a self-motivated problem solver. Strong collaboration between FICO and other SAP COE is also expected.

Requirements

• Overseeing the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP FICO related activities.
• Develop and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP FICO processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
• Oversee the SAP FICO module during system upgrades, enhancements, and support packs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
