We're seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our thriving medical communications team. This is a pivotal role on a high-priority, 360 degree account that spans both medical education and broader brand & marketing communications.
Requirements
- Dedicated experience already gained within a medical communications / medical education agency
- An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the drug development process (pre and post-launch)
- Proven project management expertise within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Experience across a broad range of medical communications project types, consistently delivering to time and budget
- In-depth experience liaising with top-tier global clinicians and other healthcare professionals, always within permitted guidelines
- Expertise in collaborating with diverse pharmaceutical client functions (e.g., Medical Affairs, Marketing, Research and Development, Legal/Regulatory, Procurement)
- Working knowledge of and strict compliance with key industry guidelines (e.g., ABPI, Sunshine Act, or relevant regional equivalents)
- In-depth knowledge of the content development process and pharmaceutical company approval systems (Medical, Legal, Regulatory)
- Demonstrated ability to oversee financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and client financial discussions
