As an Influence Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying and vetting talent, negotiating contracts and fees, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs. You will also be responsible for building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations.
Requirements
- A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple influencer campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management.
- A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing their expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A commitment to your own growth, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
