Ogilvy is seeking a Social First Strategy Accelerator to champion, train, and embed Social First principles across Ogilvy EMEA's Strategy community. This role is pivotal in elevating our collective social expertise, supporting high-stakes pitches, and driving adoption of Social Intelligence tools and practices across markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years in strategic planning, social strategy, or digital communications within an agency or consultancy.
- Proven experience in training and capability building within a large, multi-market organization.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and content ecosystems.
- Skilled in social brand planning and integrating traditional strategy with modern social principles.
- Strong grasp of Social Intelligence tools (e.g., social listening, trend analysis, audience segmentation).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills — able to inspire and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working across cultures and geographies, with occasional travel required.
