Oh BiBi is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support the growth of its current and upcoming games. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical and creative thinking, with a strong data-driven approach to problem solving.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online or mobile marketing, specifically in User Acquisition
- Good analytical and creative thinking with a strong data-driven approach to problem solving
- Strong creative sensitivity for UA and ability to write clear creative briefs
- Understanding of the Free-to-Play (F2P) model, mobile gaming KPIs, and the mobile ad tech ecosystem
- Proven expertise with major UA platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok ads, Unity, Applovin, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of tracking systems (MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution modeling
- Ability to deliver performance in a demanding environment, execute projects across various networks, and communicate effectively internally and externally with our partners
