Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual High School Assistant Principal to join our team at OHDELA, a member of the Accel Schools network. The successful candidate will guide teachers in effective instructional practices, provide coaching and feedback, and lead weekly team meetings to share findings and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience as a successful teacher
- Two years' experience as an Instructional Coach, Teacher Leader, or other related position in an online school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Successful completion of federal and state criminal background checks
- Experience in coaching teachers to improve their instructional planning, instructional practice, and classroom culture
