Cook 2

Join our team at the Ohio Department of Youth Services (DYS) as a Cook 2 at the Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility. As a Cook, you will work under the direction of the Food Service Manager and be responsible for preparing and serving food, providing work direction and training to youth workers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition, subtraction, multiplication & division;
• 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in food preparation, sanitation & storage & use of food service equipment in institutional, school or restaurant setting.
• Examples of experience in food service
