Job Description
We are looking for a Surgical Technologist to join our team at Riverside Methodist Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a caring environment, believe in the importance of lifelong learning, and strive for excellence in the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited (CAAHEP) surgical technologist school preferred or equivalent military training or 10+ years’ experience as a Surgical Technician
- Understanding of procedure performed
- Anticipate surgeon’s needs
- Have necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care
- Monitor sterile field
- Provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
