Assistant Professor, Ophthalmology/Glaucoma

The OHSU Casey Eye Institute is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology/Glaucoma to join the Department of Ophthalmology. This position involves providing clinical care to glaucoma patients, engaging in research, teaching residents, and providing staffing support. The role requires adherence to OHSU's Code of Conduct and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Current, valid MD license
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Ophthalmology
• Glaucoma fellowship training
• Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
• Detailed orientation and meticulous work ethic
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Ability to plan and organize technical work and adapt to a changing work environment
