Director, Immune Monitoring and Therapeutic Analytics

OHSU Knight Cancer Institute, as a pioneer in personalized cancer medicine, is seeking a Director of Immune Monitoring and Therapeutic Analytics to oversee the IMCO Laboratories. The role involves scientific oversight, strategic planning, operational management, client engagement, and collaboration with internal and external partners. The director will be responsible for program development, implementation, and quality control, ensuring the successful execution of innovative research collaborations. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations and has a dotted-line reporting to the IMCO scientific governance board.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in a related field (or equivalent degree)
• 5+ years of experience (Masters preferred)
• Proficiency in cancer biology and immunology
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials
• Knowledge of C-TLS (Clinical Trial Structure and Design)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
