Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Board Certification / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
• Active Oregon Medical License
• DEA Certificate
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team of healthcare providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
