Senior Research Assistant

Oregon Health and Science University is seeking a Research Assistant to support projects utilizing multiplex IHC (mIHC) imaging data. This role involves staining, image curation, data organization, and analysis, supporting image analysts and clinical translational research studies. The successful candidate will demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Staining multiplex IHC antibody panels on FFPE slides
• Image and data curation, data cleaning, tracking of projects through the mIHC workflow
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards
• Assist in creating presentations
• Work independently within established guidelines
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
