Patient Services Representative

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Collect co-pays and past due balances from patients. Schedule patient appointments and answer incoming telephone calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years customer service experience
• Medical office experience is preferred
• Computer experience, especially with Practice Management Systems and/or an Electronic Medical Records system, preferred
