Job Description
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will guide customers through the mortgage lending process, provide high-quality customer service, and establish business relationships with local realtors. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, as well as experience working with local real estate professionals and a strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field (which may be waived in lieu of experience)
- Established client base or referral network within the community
- Experience working with local real estate professionals
- Proven experience in mortgage lending or financial services
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with care and professionalism
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and CRM tools
