Job Description
Oklo is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Manager to support the company's growth through strategic initiatives. This high-impact role requires strong analytical skills, deal execution experience, and a passion for clean energy. Candidates with experience in investment banking, corporate development, or related areas are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in transaction execution and due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; or MBA.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
