Job Description
Okta is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Technology, Data, & Intelligence team. This role will focus on scaling business solutions, securing internal operations, and providing automation through AI agents. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with strong project ownership and collaboration skills, working across engineering, data science, and security teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software development experience with experience in Java or Python or equivalent
- 5+ years’ hands-on Salesforce development with solid knowledge of Apex, Process Automation, and LWC
- Experience in Architecture, Design & implementation of high-complexity projects/programs for Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud Console, etc.
- Experience working with CI/CD, SfDx, Jenkins or equivalent
- Ability to build Agents using Agentforce or by leveraging open source libraries
