Associate General Counsel, EEA

We are seeking an Associate General Counsel, EEA to support the business in virtually all legal coverage areas, including contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate has a law degree from an accredited university in Malta or any EU jurisdiction, 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm, and expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology legal issues.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university in Malta or any EU jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Experience advising on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology legal issues
• Resident of Malta or EU and willing to relocate
