Job Description
OKX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Senior Manager, US, to oversee the execution of the compliance audit portfolio. This role involves providing guidance, overseeing internal audit projects, and ensuring a strong foundation for third-party defense. The successful candidate will work with internal audit leadership to identify risks and regulatory requirements related to KYC/AML processes within the US market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or a related field.
- Internal audit experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Compliance experience strongly preferred.
- Industry experience with CFTC, consumer protection acts, OCC, SEC, FinCEN requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and risk/control mindset.
- Proficiency in audit/data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a global context and coordinate with international teams.
