Job Description
OKX is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead Finance Operations in Singapore and Malaysia. This role focuses on driving process excellence, managing core finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, month-end close, financial packages, etc.), and acting as a key link between finance and other departments to ensure business and financial strategy execution. The ideal candidate has prior experience in financial institutions and a foundation in Big 4 audit.
Requirements
- Lead daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, month-end close)
- Manage and mentor the local finance ops team
- Review quarterly financial package and coordinate with Group Finance
- Liaise with Treasury, Tax, and Data teams
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration and identify improvement opportunities
