Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design leadership and management
- Extensive experience designing for financial products
- Strong ability to hire, mentor, and retain top design talent
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- Expertise in breaking down complex financial products into intuitive, user-friendly designs
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments
- Strong data literacy
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent experience
