Requirements

• Excellent English and Chinese oral and written skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of digital asset exchanges or trading
• Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer, and other applications
