Senior Business Development Manager

OKX is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand their influencer and affiliate network in LATAM. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with key influencers and communities to drive user acquisition and trading activity. The position requires strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Identify, engage, and manage key influencer and affiliate partnerships in the LATAM region.
• Execute localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive measurable trading volume.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, affiliates, and community leaders.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report insights to leadership.
• Stay up to date on crypto, fintech, and community trends.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
