OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager, AML Investigations to lead and oversee the development of a compliance culture. The role involves identifying and addressing unusual activity related to AML, supporting operational processes, managing investigative resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations globally. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML investigations and operations
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset
- Fundamentals of BSA/AML regulations (OFAC, FATF)
- Strong process and project management skills
