Country IT Head

The country IT head will provide strategic vision and executive leadership for all information technology functions within the country's manufacturing operations, driving digital transformation and ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or head of IT role preferably in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Proven experience leading large scale digital transformation and enterprise wide IT projects
• Strong expertise in SAP including ECC or S4HANA implementation functional support and integration with manufacturing systems
• Strong understanding of modern Microsoft technologies including cloud platforms such as Azure the M365 suite and data or AI services
• Extensive experience in developing and managing an enterprise information security program and deploying related security tools
