Job Description
Old National Bank is seeking a Producing Mortgage Sales Manager for its Residential Mortgage Lenders team. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, and sales management of high-volume originators, driving market share growth, and improving customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to achieve objectives and maintain ethical business practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Residential mortgage experience
- Proven track record of success
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Expert knowledge in loan policy and sales practices
- Expert knowledge of secondary market guidelines
- Ability to deal tactfully with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel (subject toSAFE Ace requirements)
