As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will develop and implement social-first strategies that drive engagement, build brand affinity, and keep clients' leading global brands culturally relevant worldwide. You will create visually appealing, trend-driven content that resonates on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Requirements
- Develop social-first strategies for Knorr and Hellmann’s across paid and organic channels
- Create and manage content calendars and community engagement
- Recognize cultural trends and activate them to increase brand relevance
- Work with Insights, Analytics, and GenAI teams to develop strategies and optimize performance
- Present strategies and ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes
- Monitor and report performance metrics to optimize future content
- Create platform-native content that connects Knorr and Hellmann’s with cultural moments in real-time
- Produce visually appealing materials for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Develop diverse content packages that span various formats while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead reactive content creation to put brands at the center of trending conversations
- Translate brand guidelines into authentic, captivating storytelling
- Experiment with visual techniques to improve storytelling in the food space
- Work with Influencer and GenAI teams to scale content relevance and increase engagement
- Deliver content that exceeds benchmarks in engagement and sentiment
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms while adapting content to the unique audience and tone of each channel
