The Director of Total Rewards + People Experience will lead Compensation, Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations across the VMS Co-Op, a group of fast growing companies in the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) space.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility and leadership, with proven expertise in Compensation and Total Rewards.
- COE leadership over Total Rewards, as well as some of the other areas like Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or People Experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation design, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels—comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute, as well as setting vision and direction.
