Head of Product (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead our product strategy, team, and ensure that Olmatic sets market standards and defines innovation, quality, and impact in industrial energy management.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management
• Leadership experience in the role of Head of Product, Director of Product, or comparable
• In-depth experience in the tech environment, ideally in the areas of energy, industrial technologies, or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and scaling product strategies as well as building high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills combined with empathy for customer needs
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
