Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. You will work on real energy transition challenges and create sustainable solutions with a tangible impact for energy-intensive companies.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial controlling & reporting, ideally in the context of energy, industry or SaaS.
• Basic understanding of energy economics (e.g. energy procurement, cost structures, efficiency potential).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office / MS Teams, especially PowerPoint (presentations) and ideally Excel (evaluations).
• Experience in structured project organization and documentation, e.g. with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar systems.
• Outstanding customer orientation, empathy, and a binding, professional demeanor.
• High accuracy and reliability in operational daily business.
• Presentation skills and communication skills - also on management level.
• Ability to identify customer challenges early on, communicate them clearly internally, and track their processing.
• Enjoyment of actively shaping and continuously improving structure, transparency, and processes.
