Accounting Specialist

Accounting Specialist responsible for accurate record-keeping, payroll tasks, and tax documents. Communicates with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate charges and payments. Analyzes financial information and works in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
• Experience with bookkeeping and financial software systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with SEMS and OnBase preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
