Job Description
The Global Change Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic, organization-wide change management initiatives to support successful transformation across the business. This role will partner with senior leaders, program teams, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure readiness across impacted groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven track record in successfully managing the people side of change for complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels.
