Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Manufacturing Engineering function, with a primary focus on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated production equipment and systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in science or engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Applied experience using LEAN and Six Sigma tools.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities with statistical analysis.
- Ability to work well/Lead multiple cross functional teams.
- Proficient technical writing skills.
- Experience with leading risk management documentation.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Demonstrated fixture and tooling experience.
- CAD experience.
- Supervision of technical resources.
