Job Description
Omada Health is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead their product organization and cultivate a world-class team. The role involves aligning design efforts with business objectives, championing user-centered design, and scaling innovative designs. This leadership position focuses on personalized user experiences and driving engagement, retention, and outcomes for healthcare members and care team members. Candidates should have a proven track record in consumer-focused UX and the ability to translate complex design problems into engaging solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in user experience, design, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product design, turning complex problems into engaging design solutions
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling teams, with experience in the health category
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and consumer-focused digital experiences
- Direct experience driving strategic business outcomes through design of apps
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills
- Experience integrating AI, ML, or automation
