Job Description
Omada Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to contribute to their Clinical Quality Team by using advanced analytical expertise to solve complex problems in digital health. The role involves creating dashboards, refining quality metrics, and influencing strategies to improve member behavior and outcomes. Collaboration with teams is essential, including Care Delivery and Engineering teams, to leverage data for innovation and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
- 7+ years in analytics, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or a related field.
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency in additional programming languages (Python or R preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools and data visualization, especially Tableau.
- Strong grasp of data management principles, governance frameworks, and data architecture design.
