We are seeking an experienced Final Assembly Technician to join our Production Team. This role is responsible for the final build, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of complex electro-mechanical medical systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting (medical device experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AC and DC circuits and safe measurement practices (experience with 208/480 VAC is highly preferred)
- Proficiency using electrical measurement tools, including multimeter, power supplies, and basic test equipment
- Ability to read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
- Solid mechanical aptitude: alignment, hardware installation, torque practices, fit-up, and general assembly best practices
- Understanding of GMP / Good Manufacturing Practices, quality systems, and controlled documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills (root cause thinking, methodical diagnostics, clear documentation)
- X-ray tube / high-voltage system knowledge is a plus (handling, integration, safety awareness)
- Comfortable working in an ERP/MRP environment and completing work orders, travelers, and device history documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around machinery, tools, and production equipment
