Executive Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to Global Head of Technology and two Senior Vice Presidents within Data and Technology (D&T) team.

Requirements

• 7-15 years of proven experience supporting senior executives or multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities
