Design / Development Engineer

Design/Development Engineer responsible for designing electrical, civil engineering, and construction projects/contracts in line with OMEXOM aims and objectives.

Requirements

• HNC, degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification in Construction
• Certificated in First Aid, Manual Handling, Health and Safety Awareness, and Driving
• Experience of working on projects in the construction or electricity industries
• Involvement in the design and development of National Grid type registration bay solutions
• Knowledge of protection relays and proprietary software
• Experience in producing test reports and undertaking witness testing with clients
• Knowledge of industry test equipment and their application with respect to protection relay testing
