Job Description
The Site Engineer will support site management, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective implementation of site operations, and supporting the management team to procure materials and maintain efficient working.
Requirements
- Support with the management of the day-to-day work program for nominated site staff
- Deliver Daily Briefs, Point of Work Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks etc.
- Supervise and assist with construction, maintenance, fitting of plant and equipment
- Maintain and develop competence level and technical skills
- Attend training as required to maintain knowledge and application of systems and procedures
- Check all subcontractor setting out before and after operations
- Promptly make safe where it’s safe to do so, then record all accidents, hazards and near misses
- Lead by example with Safety Behavior and Management
