The role involves preparation of Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, test reports, market research, procurement monitoring, and ensuring accurate execution of work.

Requirements

• Oversees and coordinates application studies, construction work, and resolution of ongoing research topics.
• Coordinates and prepares Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings.
• Preparing test reports for work and budget, conducting market research, and preparing comparative purchase lists.
• Monitoring the procurement and delivery process of materials.
• Supervising construction execution in accordance with studies and specifications.
• Preparing and checking accounting records.
• Monitoring the progress of work and notifying the Project Manager.
