The TEAM A.E. company is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer for Building Construction Projects, focusing on the Integrated Resort Complex Ellinikou. This role involves construction monitoring, coordinating with tile company personnel, ensuring adherence to building specifications, and coordinating technical submissions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices and quality control standards.

Requirements

• Monitoring and coordinating the construction of building and construction projects.
• Coordination of workers and the tile company personnel.
• Monitoring of H/M works and the warehouse personnel.
• Proposed research into the materials and drafting of procurement offers.
• Supporting the preparation of submissions to the K.t.E.
• Preventing and solving technical construction problems.
• Monitoring and checking payment of the Work.
• Maintaining the daybook and project file.
• Preparing reports and informing the Project Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health & Safety standards.
• Communication with services and partner companies.
