Job Description
Tereca SE is seeking a Chief Technical Engineer for Works to oversee the technical and economic aspects of construction projects in the B. Greece. The role involves coordinating technical issues, drafting pre-deminations, collecting specifications, monitoring contractor obligations, and managing contract documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Political Engineering
- 8 years of work experience in projects in construction works
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Methodic, accuracy and responsibility
- Hardiness and directness in communication
- Ability to solve problems immediately
- Quick response to conditions of work pressure
