Job Description
TERNA A.E., a member of the GERNA Group, is seeking a Payroll Assistant to collect payroll data, handle employee records, and contribute to the company’s employee management processes. The role involves data collection, computer skills, and adherence to labor laws.
Requirements
- Collects data (attendance records, illnesses, leave)
- Registers in public institutions
- Collects documentation for new employees
- Resolves daily personnel problems
- Excellent English skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Awareness of social and labor laws
